Yoga for Self-care

As a registered and practicing yoga instructor with a personal mission to provide everyone access to preventative wellness services that can conveniently work with your schedule and personal needs in order to enhance and maintain a health work/life balance and improved quality of life. As a corporate professional I spent years watching my health deteriorate while I made excuses about lack of time, low energy, money trouble...Now as a yoga instructor and mental health counselor my mission is to change that mentality of putting our health and wellness second to the job. A balanced lifestyle can be achieved and maintained with practice and a commitment to regular self-care. To pursue this mission I am offering yoga and mindfulness classes in a beautiful, naturally lit, open studio space focusing on calming the mind, moving the body, and rejuvenating the spirit.
